IGITEKEREZO: Abanyarwanda dukwiriye kwiga kubana n’abaretse kurya inyama ku bushake (vegetarien)

Iyi ni inyandiko bwite y’umusomyi wa Rwandamagazine.com, Mutiganda wa Nkunda watwandikiye ashaka gutanga ibitekerezo bye mu rwego rwo kugaragaza ko abanyarwanda bakwiriye kwiga kubana n’abatarya inyama , baraziretse ku bushake ( vegetariens/vegetarians.)

Inyama – izitukura cyangwa umweru, iz’inka, iz’ihene, intama, ingurube, ifi cyangwa inkoko, n’izindi – ni kimwe mu biryo bikunze kuribwa cyane muri ibi bihe mu Rwanda.

Biragoye kubona ahantu habaye umunsi mukuru ngo ntusange inyama mu byatetswe ndetse byitezweho kuribwa na benshi, ni restaurant nke – cyangwa se ntayo – wageramo ngo ntuhasange inyama ku buryo ndetse bashyiraho ushinzwe gucunga abiyarurira ngo batiha nyinshi zirenze umubare w’izo bagenewe, akenshi usanga ari 1. Yewe, bazikunda kubi!

Uretse uwo mubare munini w’abarya inyama, hari undi mubare, n’ubwo ari muto w’abatazirya ku bw’impamvu zinyuranye. Ariko usanga hari abarya iz’umweru ntibarye iz’umutuku kubera nabwo impamvu zabo zinyuranye rimwe na rimwe bavuga ko bibarinda indwara zituruka ku kurya inyama zitukura ziganzamo iz’umutima; ariko hari n’abandi batarya ubwoko na bumwe bw’inyama haba iz’umutuku cyangwa iz’umweru. Aba mu ndimi z’amahanga, bitwa vegetariens/vegetarians.

Kuba umu-Vegetarien bituruka ku kuba umuntu arya ibiryo bituruka ku mboga (vegetables) mu mwanya wo kurya inyama.

Muri aba batarya inyama – vegetariens – hari abo biba bikomoka ku burwayi zibatera iyo baziriye aho abenshi usanga imibiri yabo idakorana nazo (allergies), ariko kandi, hari n’abo biba bikomoka ku cyemezo bafashe bo ubwabo, akenshi bituruka ku kurengera uburenganzira bw’inyamaswa!

Reka tuvuge ku bafashe umwanzuro wo kutarya inyama ariko ntacyo bibatwara.

Biragoye kubwira umuntu ko utarya inyama ariko ntacyo zigutwara, kuko gusa ari icyemezo wafashe. Akenshi iyo ubimubwiye aratangara, agashaka kongera kukwigisha uburyo ugomba kuzirya, ndetse kandi agatangira kukuvana mu mubare w’abo bazongera gusangira niba utarya inyama! Nabyo bibaho.

Byambayeho kenshi! Nahagaritse kurya inyama mu mwaka wa 2015. Hari mu kwezi kwa Nzeli tariki 5. Iyi tariki ntabwo nzayibagirwa kuko yahinduye byinshi mu buzima bwanjye!

Nk’abandi bose naryaga inyama. Z’ubwoko bwose! Zaba iz’umutuku, iz’umweru, iz’inka, iz’ingurube (akabenzi), iz’inkoko,… gusa sinaryaga inyama z’urukwavu, bigaturuka ku kuba cyera ndi umwana narakuze numva bavuga ko urukwavu rubaze ruba rumeze nk’agahinja, nkumva sinifuza kuzarubona ndetse no kururya numvaga naba ndi kurya umwana w’uruhinja.

Muri kwibaza icyaba cyaratumye kuri iyi tariki navuze haruguru mfata umwanzuro ntakuka wo kuva ku nyama.

Reka mbacire ku mayange!

Hari ku mugoroba, ubwo njye n’abandi basore 2 twabanaga mu nzu twari dutetse: inyama. Twari twicaye hanze turi gutera ibiparu bitandukanye twicaye imbere y’imbabura, ka kuka kazo gahumura kubi kadukubita amazi akuzura akanwa. Hirya yacu haza gucaho imbeba iri guhunahuna, umwe arahaguruka ahita ayikandagira ayivuna umugongo. Yatatse rimwe twese ducikamo igikuba, ariko ntiyapfa. Yatangiye gukururuka ishaka gukiza amagara, ariko kuko yari yavunwe umugongo ntiyageze kure.

Undi mugenzi wacu twari kumwe yahise ahaguruka yiruka ayifata umurizo, ahita ayizana ayijugunya mu mbabura twari dutetseho. Imbeba yahise itangira gusimbagurika mu muriro ishaka gukiza amagara, ariko uko yasimbukaga niko yakomezaga gushya…

Akiyijugunyamo nahise nsimbuka nk’aho ari njye bajugunyemo. Numva ndahungabanye.

Twamubwiye ko ari umugome, ariko kuri we tukabona ntacyo bimubwiye ibyo akoze, aseka… ni imbeba tu!

Ibyo twari dutetse sinabiriye kuko icyo gihe nahise mfata umwanzuro ko ntazigera nongera kurya inyama…

Byarangiye cyane kuba nabaho ntarya inyama kuko nyuma y’aho nahise ntandukana n’abo basore twabanaga njya kwibana, aho natangiye kujya njya kurya muri resitora.

Icyangoraga kwari ukubona ibiryo narya birimo intungamubiri zuzuye ntariye inyama, cyane ko resitora nyinshi za hano ziba zidatekereza abantu nkatwe mu bakiliya babo batekera; ugasanga ibiryo byinshi birimo inyama haba no mu isombe ye!

Ibi byabaye muri uyu mugoroba, byahise binsubiza inyuma ntekereza uburyo abantu barya inyama zavuye ku nyamaswa zishwe kuko aricyo zaremewe. Mu kwicwa kw’izi nyamaswa, abantu bazibaga baba nta marangamutima na make, haba kwibaza niba icyo akase ijosi ari ikiremwa kiva amaraso, kibabara, ndetse cyanatandukanyijwe n’umuryango wacyo.

Nasubije amaso inyuma ndeba aho nagiye mbona hose umuntu akase ijosi inkoko izindi ziri aho zigasakuza, rimwe na rimwe waba utayifashe neza igasimbuka ari igihimba gusigaye igerageza gukiza amagara kandi yamaze kugenda; ntekereza uko mu mabagiro bakata inka amajosi zitakamba n’ubwo tuba tutumva ururimi zivuga, ntekereza uko ingurube icibwa umutwe, ihene n’izindi nyamaswa turya.

Ibi byatuma mbona ko uku ari uguhohotera inyamaswa, nk’abantu dukora twumva ko tuzifiteho ububasha.

Akenshi iyo nganiriye n’abantu bazirya, ikibazo kimwe mubanza ni “ese wakwica itungo?” Rimwe na rimwe ntiyumve ikibazo ati “ih?” Nkasubiramo nti “wakwibagira itungo ukarikata ijosi, ukarikuraho uruhu?”

Ntungurwa akenshi no kumva benshi bansubiza ko uretse no kuryibagira, atanahinguka aho bari kubaga, kuko bimutera ubwoba kubona aho bari kwica itungo kuko aba yumva bari kurihohotera.

Umwe nigeze kubaza iki kibazo yarambwiye ati, “njye uretse kugura inkoko ku isoko nkayizanira umukozi, mba nshaka kuyibona ihiye nta n’ubwo nakandagira aho ari kuyibagira. Reka da! Ndabitinya!” ibi yabivuze ubona ndetse bimushisha no kubivuga.

Undi munsi naganiraga na mugenzi wanjye twari twicaranye mu kabari, abwiye umuseriveri ngo atuzanire ka burusheti mubwira ko ntarya inyama – nk’ibisanzwe aratangara – musubiriramo impamvu nazivuyeho, ambwira ukuntu nawe cyera akiri umwana hari inka bari batunze, ikaba yari inshuti ye cyane, noneho bajya kuyibaga. Mu gihe bayiganishaga ku iseta igenda imureba, ubona isa nk’iri kumubaza iti “koko urandetse bajye kunyica?” Ariko ntibyamubujije kurya inyama zayo zimaze gushya.

Ibi byose bituma nibaza nti ese ubundi, ubu bubasha tuvuga ko twahawe hejuru y’inyamaswa, ni bubasha ki bwo kuzambura ubuzima uko twishakiye?

Reka mbe mpiniye aha kuko singamije kubigisha no kubasaba ko mwava ku nyama, ni uburenganzira bwa buri wese kurya ikimunyuze.

Akenshi na kenshi njya nsohoka nkajya mu kabari na bagenzi banjye. Njye njya mu birori binyuranye. Njya nsura abantu b’inshuti cyangwa umuryango. Akenshi umushyitsi yakirizwa inyama, aho ziba zitari nta busirimu bwabo.

Ni ibintu bikunze kungora cyane kubaho muri ibi bihe, kuko akenshi usanga mu ifunguro ryateguwe haba hatatekerejwe ku bantu nkanjye tutarya inyama – haba ku bushake cyangwa indwara.

Akenshi iyo mvuze ko ntarya inyama abantu babanza kugira ngo zintera indwara, bamwe bagatangira kumbwira uburyo nahombye ndetse bagatangira kundangira umuti. Bakubitwa n’inkuba iyo mbabwiye ko kutazirya atari indwara bintera ahubwo ari amahitamo yanjye.

Ibi bituma amaso yose ahangwa kuri njye! “Egoko, ntubaho pe! Nigute wakwifata ukava ku kanyama n’ukuntu karyoha?” uku niko benshi bambaza batangaye. Bihita biba ngombwa ko rimwe na rimwe iyo dufite umwanya, mbasubirira mu mateka yanjye n’inyama n’uko naje kuzivaho.

Hari abadatinya kumbwira ko mfite ikibazo cyo mu mutwe, kuko, uko baba babivuga, umuntu wese ufite mu mutwe hazima aba agomba kurya inyama.

Abenshi bampatira kuzirya rimwe na rimwe ndetse ugasanga bari kumbwira ngo “basi reka tugasangire ubu maze uhite wongera uzireke!” Mu by’ukuri ibi numva birambangamiye, kuko mba ntekereza ko bagakwiye kumva amahitamo yanjye bakandeka.

Ariko sinjye njyenyine ku isi utarya inyama kubera ubushake! Biragoye kuba wamenya umubare uhamye w’abantu batarya inyama ku isi kuko ugenda wiyongera buri munsi, akenshi biturutse ku mahitamo yo kuzivaho ajyanye no kurengera uburenganzira bw’inyamaswa abantu bagenda bafata buri munsi hirya no hino ku isi.
Gusa muri aba batarya inyama, harimo nabo ibyiciro 2 aribyo bikuru tugiye kunyuramo muri make:

 Vegetarien/Vegetarian: ni abantu batarya inyama izo arizo zose, ariko bakaba barya ibikomoka ku nyamaswa harimo amata, amagi, ibirunge (cheese),…

Muri iki gice usangamo naho ibindi bice 2 nk’uko urubuga rwa Britannica rubisobanura, harimo lacto-vegetarians batarya inyama ariko bakanywa amata, hakaba lacto-ovo-vegetarians batarya inyama ariko bakanywa amata bakarya n’amagi.

 Vegan: aba bo uretse kutarya inyama, ntibarya kandi ntibanakoresha ikintu na kimwe gikomoka ku nyamaswa harimo amata, amagi, ubuki, ibikoresho nk’imyambaro ikozwe mu ruhu, n’ibindi bifite aho bihurira n’inyamaswa.

Birashoboka ko ibi bintu byo kwikura ku nyama ku bushake ari bishya mu Rwanda. Ariko n’ubwo byaba bishya bwose, ntekereza ko kubaha amahitamo y’umuntu atari bishya — nkaba ntekereza ko abanyarwanda twagakwiye kwiga uko twabana no kwihanganira abantu batarya inyama, haba ku bushake ndetse no kubera impamvu z’uburwayi; kuko nanone kutabasha kubana nabo ni ukubangamira uburenganzira bwabo.
